Captain Eric Russell is a full-time professional fishing guide serving Sanibel Island, Captiva Island, and Fort Myers area of Southwest Florida. He has a strong passion for all things fishing, wildlife, and conservation. Fishing with his Father at an early age instilled a deep passion for the whole experience of a day out on the water. His dream as a young boy, was to one day be able to own a boat and share his love for fishing and the outdoors with others.

After a career in banking, he quickly realized it was time to pursue his life-long dream of being a fishing guide. Now Captain Eric is spending 250+ days a year on the water specializing in back-bay fishing, targeting the flats, mangrove creeks, oyster bars, and the passes of Pine Island Sound. Captain Eric also has a passion for fishing the gulf beaches and near shore wrecks
